Primary Diagnoses of our Clients

<<< about CNS

We see up to 500 new patients each year at our center, ranging in age from about five to about 85. A physician referral is generally required, and all treatment plans are signed as orders. As indicated, forty percent of our new patients have a primary diagnosis of traumatic brain injury; these individuals often require the highest level of services.

Other diagnostic categories that we see include multiple sclerosis (20%), cerebrovascular events (10%), dementias (10%), epilepsy/epilepsy surgery (5%), brain tumors (5%), and other diagnoses (10% -Parkinson’s Disease, anoxic brain injury, hydrocephalus, developmental disorders, alcoholism, solvent exposure, electrocution, etc.).
