Team Members - Lesley Murray, MS, OTR

Lesley received her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Trinity College of Vermont. Her experience includes work with the Title I Migrant Education Program and Head Start. She moved to Colorado in 1991 and began work at the Center for Neurorehabilitation Services (formerly the Brain Injury Recovery Program) as a rehabilitation assistant. Lesley completed graduate work in Occupational Therapy at Colorado State University in 2000. Her internships included inpatient rehabilitation at Columbia North Suburban Medical Center in Thornton Colorado and a pediatric placement with Lois Hickman, MS, OTR, FAOTA at Jen-Lo therapy farm in Longmont, Colorado. She is a member of the American OT Association and the OT Association of Colorado.

Lesley has provided occupational therapy to children in several communities on the east and west coasts of Nicaragua over the past few years as part of collaboration between the communities in Nicaragua and Universities in Colorado and Nebraska. She enjoys working with children and adults and appreciates the challenges faced and the lessons taught by the clients she serves. Lesley enjoys laughing, opportunities to act silly, hiking, biking, scrapbooking and photography. She and her husband, Lester, live in Fort Collins, Colorado and enjoy spending time with their friends, animals, neighborhood children and with family in Vermont (on the rare visits).
