Marlis is an occupational therapist and certified driving
rehabilitation specialist. She earned her bachelor's degree
from Colorado State University in 1986 and her driver rehabilitation
certification in 2000; Marlis' professional experiences include
15 years of inpatient rehabilitation services, and 2 years
of home care/outpatient services. She joined the team at the
Center for Neurorehabilitaion Services in 2001. Areas of professional
interest include driving rehabilitation, visual perception
and vision therapy, and cognitive retraining as they relate
to work, home and leisure. She has been a member of the Association
for Driver Rehabilitation Specialists since 1994 and participates
in the state chapter in promoting driver rehabilitation issues.
She and her husband, Ed, make their home in Fort Collins,
CO. Together they enjoy camping, fishing, hiking and gardening.
